A strange lifestyle

Hello everyone,
For the past few weeks the entire world had to face one of the most important crisis of our modern history. Mankind had to adapt itself to the new way of living without social contact. This leads to a lockdown in many countries in the world and to a new way of working via a screen. In this new way of living, some of us had been adapting well to this new environment and others had some great difficulties especially to organize themselves to work. Now even though the crisis is ending our past lives aren’t going to come back easily and we have to be careful. So the teleworking is carrying on. Because our lives are still different than before, I am giving you some advices to help you with this new kind of life and I am going to answer these key questions : How to work efficiently when we are at home and how to keep a good lifestyle when we are all days at home ?
1) How to work efficiently when we are at home ?
First of all you need to have a great way of living, for instance to go to bed not too late and wake up no later than 8pm because you should keep some landmarks that will secure you and you won’t be completely lost in this new way of working. Then you have to follow your regular timetable, for example if you are starting work at 8pm and you left the office at 5pm you should work in this time slot. Also, I would highly recommend doing a to do list and putting next to every task that you should achieve the time that you will give it. This is going to help your brain to visualise how your day is going to be like an it will motivate you. In addition you will see that you are more productive. Finally, this is one of the most important advice, turn off your phone, this will make you non-productive and you will be often distract by it.
2) How to keep a great manner of living ?
When you are at home you are often lazy and you don’t want to work or do some good thing, like everyone you just want to watch TV all day in your living room. I know it is tempting but you shouldn’t you know why ? Because this is a vicious circle if you do this one day you will do it every days and you will feel always tired. So if you don’t want to become this you have to follow my advices :
Do some sport everyday ! Of course you don’t have to do one hour of sport and be more tired and unable to work or whatever than before but you have to do like 15 minutes of sport every day and you will stay fit.
Cook some healthy food ! During the lockdown you have more time to cook so make sure you are making a diet meal.
Do all of the things that you should have done before. For instance tidying your room or doing a big spring cleaning in your house.
