How about a healthy snack ?


If you want to take a break after your day full of work this recipe is for you.

You will need :

-110 g butter

-55 g brown sugar

-50 g white sugar

-1 egg

-1 vanilla sugar sachet

-225 g flour

-1/2 baking powder sachet

-a pinch of salt

-175 g dark chocolate nuggets

First, start by taking out the butter from the fridge, a half an hour before starting the recipe or you can also melt it in a bain marie. In the same time preheat the oven at 170°c. In a bowl, blend the butter with the brown and white sugar till the brew become consistent. Add the egg and the vanilla sugar. In an other, container, mix the flour, the baking powder and the salt. Incorporate porgressively the brew in the bowl while mixing. End the recipe by adding dark chocolate nuggets. Make balls with the dough and put them on a baker tray. Flatten the balls with a spoon. Heat them to 170°c.

Then take an orange and squeeze it with a lemon squeezer. Finally pour it in a glass.
